Chad was able to turn an oddly shaped section of my backyard into a beautiful and functional ground level deck. I couldn't be happier with the craftmanship and attention to detail put into the project. The construction is extremely solid and the materials were very high quality. Chad's customer service was excellent. He was responsive to my initial information requests; giving me a clear understanding of costs and timelines. During construction he reviewed progress and next steps with me everyday. Chad had no problem adapting to a mid-project design change I requested, and was very helpful in suggesting ways we could incorporate the change to make the deck better than I had imagined. Start to finish this was a great experience. I explained what I wanted, Chad used his expertise to make it happen and now I have a deck I will enjoy for years.
