It was such a pleasure to work with Vitalli at the Shax Family biz. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, timely and responsive. On top of that he did an excellent job installing our backsplash in our kitchen. He is very conscientious and a perfectionist with the tile installation . He offered to take me to pick out the tile as it was overwhelming and took extra time to do so . He Even helped with our pups one day when we couldn’t be at home while he was working. I have already recommended him to a friend and if we need more tile work done he’s our first call!

Vitalii updated two fireplaces for us and despite starting with two very uneven surfaces, they are now perfectly level and look amazing. His attention to detail is flawless and he took time to explain different options for grout, tile layout and finishes so the end product would look exactly as we envisioned it. I am beyond pleased with my experience with SHAX Family and Vitalii. I had planned to use another tile company that suddenly increased the price right before they were about to start. SHAX Family came as a recommendation from one of my other contractors and after doing additional research and meeting with Vitalii, I knew this was the right company for me. They came prepared, they stayed true to the price they quoted, and the work was done on time and efficiently. Vitalii helped walk me through grout options when I felt overwhelmed, picked up the tile for me, helped me get a refund on some tile that didn't work out (made calls for me), and the work was spectacular!!! Upon seeing the tile work, I have since shared SHAX Family information with 3 friends who also need tile work completed.
