Searching for someone trustworthy, affordable, and able to amazing work is hard to do now a days. Thankfully I was able to find Edmar! He was very responsive and did amazing work. I have 3 dogs all different in size and he ensured that they would all be safe in the yard and unable to escape. I had a few quotes for a wrap around privacy fence for our AirBnB. Edmar came in at the lowest price. In my experience you get three quotes, never go with the highest or the lowest. However, edmar was so attentive on exactly what I wanted, that's when I knew I found someone legit. Building business are all about profits and margins and you tend to loose the customer service piece. You don't lose that with Edmar. His estimate lagged a little but he called me everyday to update me on exactly what I wanted so he wouldn't bid too low or too high. Edmar took a 4 day job and crushed it in 3 days. The last day being at the house for almost 14 hours because we had a timeline to get it done by. Any other contractor would blow it off and clock out at 5pm but edmar was there working under the lamps to get it done early. Once I inspected his work, I hired him for a small side gate in addition that I wasn't planning on replacing, but the workmanship was too clean to pass up. I'll be using Tate build for the rest of my projects I take on. Edmar comes highly recommended.

His price was 30% cheaper than the next lowest bid and all along the way, he sent photos of the finished work, checked in with me daily, and even worked weekends to make sure the job was finished before I had family coming in from out of town. I would highly recommend TateBuilt as they are knowledgeable and clearly care a lot about their craft. Easy 5 Stars.

Excellent customer service with great follow-up. Arrived on time and his prices were very competitive. Unfortunately due to schedule, I was not able to use TateBuilt, but they were my first pick. Based on other reviews, I had no doubt they would have done a great job. Will definitely use them on my next project.
