First of all, their customer service was exceptional. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were able to get us on the schedule quickly, and the technician's arrived right on time. They were friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything they were doing the job. The technician's were also incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC systems. They also were able to provide me with some helpful tips on how to maintain my system to prevent future issues. The pricing was on point and transparent, and there were no surprises when it came to the final bill. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Oasis and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning or HVAC services. Can you say "Lifesaver" I can becuase Oasis came to my rescue when Champion heating & air company completely and UNPROFESSIONALLY dropped the ball day of installation. Oasis came in and picked up the ball and ran with it. They were able to replace my AC unit in no time and the guys worked really hard to get the job done right.
