I am posting this review as I know how hard it is for find a good contractor, hope this helps. I can't say enough about these guys. Finally I found a contractor that is not only capable of achieving my vision but also is on time, communicates well and clean during the job. We had a complete renovation done to our Tuscany home which had a lot of obstacles and needed a true professional opinions and solutions, Nadir was there with us to solve it all and his crews are just a delight to work with. We looked on yelp to find a reputable business to do some landscaping for us. Called several companies but decided to go with affordable design. Now let me tell you why we were so happy with them. Dain and Mia came out to see what we wanted. Gave us a estimate when they were here so didn't have to wait. The crew started the following Monday. Juan was the crew boss and he was excellent and his crew was great too. They were always on time, worked very hard everyday especially with this heat, kept us informed and cleaned up every night. They did a beautiful job and finished ahead of time. Can't say enough about how wonderful these people are. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. TRY THEM!!! A special thank you to Mia who was so good with checking in daily to see how things were going and if she could help in anyway.

I have a rental property in San Diego I drove down there with limited time in order to meet with contractors to get my kitchen and bath remodeled before new tenants moved in I met with Dain at a Affordable design and remodeling he impressed me with his design ideas as well as his knowledge of construction he was able to give me a price quicker than the other contractors some of which never even followed up with the price like they said. The other thing was Dain was easy to communicate with responsive to my questions and managed my job staying in communication with me from afar and sending me updates and photos to keep me in the loop of the progress of my project ... I have a couple rental properties and I've dealt with contractors before nothing ever goes perfectly smooth I will tell you this Dains responsiveness and style of managing my project really took the pressure and stress off of me especially that was added from living in another county I would highly recommend Dain and Affordable Design and Remodeling.

We reached to three different remodeling companies and decided to go with Affordable Design & Remodel. We met with Dain and he has been there every step. Since our son is the one living in the house Dain work beside him to guide his decisions to make our two bathrooms beautiful and up to date. Since neither myself or my husband are no longer in town we felt that having our son work with Dain was the right choice and after seeing the photos, I are sure that we made the best choice with Affordable Design & Remodel.

My bathroom was so outdated and needs repairs, I contacted Affordable Design and Remodeling for total remodeling which includes shower area from plastic mold to tiles, hangs the lighting from ceiling to wall, toilet change, vanity change, baseboard, and painting and switch outlets. In addition to this, issues came up with leaked ceiling from upper floor. Nadeer and team continues to work straight for 2 weeks and finished the project. My bathroom now is new, all repairs done, and corrected the leak and still finished the 2 weeks time frame. The workmanship was of good quality and professional. They were prompt and fast. I would recommend this business to my friends.
