This was by far one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had with my house. Lindsay was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and had great ideas. She also explained the process, came in on budget and on time! If we had any questions she was available or her project manager would call us. She also listened to what we wanted for our home. The contract and phase payments were easy to understand and very clear at the time. Her project manager Austin answered any and all questions about the contract and the process from beginning to end.
